I was expecting us to receive the tax penalty. Our tax professional<br>
was contracted to handle it at the time that we filed our taxes. I<br>

I will check on Recology. It is supposed to be auto-paid, but their<br>
system is a huge hassle, so we had a lot of problems setting up the<br>
auto-pay. PG&E is auto paid, but I've been manually paying it as well<br>
lately because auto-pay had a top cap of $600 which we've been<br>
