I'd argue that the consensus process would be required to move but not<br>
to stay on the course previously agreed upon. I don't really see any<br>
reason to require consensus on continue paying rent in the location<br>
we've already agreed on years ago. We agreed to the scheduled rent<br>
increase in the first place. It's in the contract we signed, after all...<br>

We originally discussed sunsets over consensus items generally and it<br>
was roundly rejected, repeatedly. We shouldn't accidentally introduce<br>
such a sunset like clause due to an external party sending us email.<br>

In any case thanks to Kelly (and everyone else) for sending the rent<br>
check and talking to Henry! Yay!<br>
