</div>However, the current crop of board members don't seem to be subscribed,<br>
instead they're using github issues on the "cabal" and "bureaucracy"<br>
repositories to conduct their discussions.<br>

Because hey hosted services, using those has never bit anybody in the<br>
ass.<br>
