I will also be changing the doorway and installing ceramic tile.I will rotate the toilet 180 degrees and change the height of the sink and install the required grab bars . I will use as much lumber salvaged from the long wall removal as possible without sacrificing structural integrity of the new construction. I will try to accommodate the kitchen committee in locating the water supply lines and drains when I do the bathroom plumbing at no extra cost to you ,provided they have a final location in a timely fashion. I will perform all work in a timely and proffesional manner with due consideration to others working in the same space.
