IN REVERSE ORDER:

Jarrod and myself have blueprints, the one with the whiteboard markup where we planned shit is in my possession right now. i can bring them to the space tomorrow evening and please don't lose them or let them walk away. In the meantime here is a crappy phone camera pic of the marked up blueprint https://www.dropbox.com/s/xzsegyms7t50uh2/2014-06-29%2017.21.26.jpg

Keys! Casey is the Sole Arbiter of Keys. You will have to ask him if people can have copies of keys made for them. Right now we are trying to avoid a situation like with the keycodes where everyone and their couchsurfer had one, so we're being really stingy about keyhaving and casey has stated he's ok with being the stingy asshole responsible for making people pissed off about keys.

Documentation about the member shelves: ...probably not. I'm not sure what specifically you're asking, people have been contacted repeatedly about their stuff on the member shelves and anything that's not readily identifiable as belonging to someone is supposed to have been thrown out by yesterday or the end of this weekend or something like that. Caveat: I found a plastic bag containing an expensive cotton artboard pad and some artwork (cartoons) and it belongs to meredith scheff, DO NOT THROW IT OUT. I'd like it to get back to her at some point.

E-waste is supposed to happen tuesday mornings, I think it happened on wednesday morning this past week. I don't know anything more specific than that, maybe piratematt knows.

Anything that is too dirty or useless will be thrown out. We are kinda sorta saving stuff that looks like it could be validly useful, but otherwise we are erring on the side of "throw it out, get a new whateveritis if we end up needing it again". Everything is so so so so gross, I don't think there's anything that isn't a specific person's specific item, that if we threw it out we'd regret it in any way.

Hope this helps! I will be back at the space Monday evening.

On Sat, Jul 5, 2014 at 5:38 PM, Torrie Fischer <tdfischer@hackerbots.net> wrote:

Today at the space there were a few of us cleaning up the member shelves and
taking out the trash. Some questions were brought up that I am forwarding
along to build@ to figure out some answers:

* What is the plan for those walls that were forming the member area? Remove
them? Will any of the materials be re-used in the new floor plan?

* When is E-Waste happening?

* Is there some documentation on the wiki or list about the member shelving
that can be linked to from the Reboot wiki page?

* Someone should possibly bring some reboot keys to the space on Wednesday for
folks who are contributing to have, if thats a reasonable request.

I realize that some of this was discussed in Slack a while back, but I really
don't have any idea what to start searching for :)

Additionally, could someone provide a number of floorplan printouts to hang
all over the space? Like maybe 10 or 15, if possible. That would help give us
all some self-serve guidance on what to work towards.
_______________________________________________
