It drys quicker, is water based so easier to clean (possible to
actually clean up tools without using alcohol based solvents,) and
the finish is just as hard I think. There are lots of manufacturers,
so I'm not suggesting this exact maker. <br>

Neil the electrician came in today and we discussed a better plan of attack
that would work well with his plans.
He doesn't want to get in the way of the flooring work and we don't really
want to hamper his electrical efforts, so we're going to handle the space in
three big chunks.

We're going to try and cover the big area labeled #1, while Neil works on

Once that is done, we'll move things out of areas #3, 8, and 9 (the rooms)
into the big area for storage and Neil will work on the electrical in the rest
of the space.
Following that, we'll repeat the pattern with the rest of the space.
We've acquired enough tools and plastic sheeting to make this possible thanks
to the generous monetary contributions of Michael Schaffer <3
Floor coatings still need to be acquired and will be planned out on Friday.
However, prior to doing any sanding, we need to patch more holes in the now-
accessible walls and do some painting of conduit and walls. Ask piratematt
about that, but more details should be available soonish. :)
One way or another things will be happening on Saturday be it painting,
sanding, patching drywall or sealing the floor!</pre>
