I'm not sure what my schedule is, but I'll probably be there around the same date ranges. I'm also interested in the apartment and can throw down as well.<br><br>I haven't done this in Berlin before. How does the process normally go? Is there often a wait? Do they require down payments or signing liability forms or anything?<br>
