Here's the recipe:

and my translation of the ingredient list (not converted to cups and
spoons yet):<br>

500 gr wheat flour<br>
1 tbl spoon olive oil<br>
250 ml water<br>
salt<br>
6 eggs<br>
3 medium sized onions<br>
(at least) 300 gr hard cheese from southern Germany, Austria,
Switzerland, ... (e.g. Allgäuer Emmentaler)<br>

Except for the cheese (Rainbow grocery?) the other ingriedients are
easy to find. Kasspatzn are usually served with green salad.<br>
<br>
It usually takes 1-1.5 hrs to prepare and is really fun to watch
