I've never done signal processing at all, but I know there is some nice software out there for it. We might be able to just use PureData, lol! Really, any audio manipulation software should work for the audio signal portion. The quality machine-learning tools I know of are batch-processing type stuff, they like their input as CSV files. A stream processing machine learning library would be great. </div>
