below is a distant proposal, as I'm not physically there, I don't<br>

I think for now, and future it makes sense to have a electronic key<br>
system, so that invidiual people's keys (or all) can be revoked<br>
and then later reset in person. I'm also for logging who's been in the<br>
space in terms of personal logins. Maybe even a public log<br>
on the website to see who's in the space, depends on if people are<br>
comfortable with it. If not, it may encourage people to turn up!<br>

I don't think many people, or maybe not even the whole board needs to<br>
have PERMANENT keys to the space. That is<br>
the issue I see as being the most problematic. So I totally agree on<br>
not creating physical permanent copies to all,<br>
I totally support that.<br>

For now, I'd expect the phone numbers of all key holder to be<br>
published, and that they make an effort to be there and open/close up<br>
if<br>
work needs to be done. Maybe even take turns on a schedule to say when<br>
somebody will be there, wikipage or whatever. They may designate other<br>
people to hold their key if they personally trust that person, and<br>
that person will then be "personally responsible". This would seem<br>
workable for me meanwhile until we're incorporated and have member<br>
access keycode system.<br>

Other solutions would be to have a way to close the door temporary<br>
with another lock, but this all is probably just a temporary issue, in<br>
my mind.<br>

Regarding reacting to things said in email-list assume that you'll get<br>
misunderstood :-( and that you'll misunderstand anything you read.<br>

React only when you directly can talk to the person in question,<br>
ignore the rest. I think most people only believe and form an opinion<br>
about what you say directly, third++ hand information is just unreliable.<br>
