(that means some people actually carry around allen wrenches with the intent to steal stuff.)<br><br>The point is, I thought I was being courteous by not overcrowding the bike space in 83c. There are active petty thieves at the intersection who target bikes. ...However, it's not where I left it hanging on the rack at 83c.<br><br>It was there tuesday night when I was here for the meeting, but I left<br>early, and now I'm here on friday afternoon and it's not.
