Hello All,

My son, Josh, loves visiting Noisebridge. (If Josh had his way he'd be
at Noisebridge every day.) There are many other kids like Josh at his
new school, Nueva, and I think it's important to reach out to these kids
because so many nerdy kids feel isolated and misunderstood.

How would people feel about my arranging a visit to Noisebridge by
interested kids from Nueva? I'd set this up with the school's heads and
I'd be sure to be in attendance. (I'm sure they're covered by their own
insurance but this might be something to check.)

These are not obnoxious kids; many are total young hackers and geeks.

Also, I'd love to help to connect interested Noisebridge people with
Nueva. Many of the Nueva kids would love to learn how to code, solder,
build stuff, and hack.

I'm just learning my way around the school but there are definite ways
for people to become involved. It is incredibly cool to be around kids
like these and I'd love to open that door.
