I think it's better to stave this thing off until november if we need to rather than set us up for failure and have something jank -- it's already the 21st, so that gives us about 2 weeks to come up with a plan, get it coordinated and also market/buzz it around - it's best to give the general public 2 weeks of lead time so they can mark it on the calendars. That said, I have total faith in us to pull it off if we are really committed to seeing it through...<br>
<br>Did someone mention that we have live entertainment we could line up? Who is that? Is it enough to last the night -- if we don't provide booze then we better have some hella good acts... If we can't get music, maybe a couple of high profile speakers may be good to get in.<br>
