When the
8pm person arrives they're unlikely to boot me if I already have a
sizeable group in progress. And since I won't be done until an hour
into their event, they're stuck with the couch area. This is what
happened to BayCat, and let me tell you, it was frustrating seeing
them all clustered around a small whiteboard on a chair, while the
group in their room probably didn't need a whiteboard at all. And
you're assuming that I'm trying to troubleshoot this situation when
I'm in the space. I mean that contact info allows for this to be
dealt with in advance. When I notice that someone else has booked
something potentially conflicting, I can contact them to try to work
it out in advance.
