I'm not sure what calling the cops would do besides make people more dependent on uniforms.<br><br>It's clear that he doesn't understand how his actions are affecting others. I think I know who it is, but I haven't interacted with him a great deal so I can't say. However, what measures have people taken to help him understand that he is becoming an unwelcome guest?<br>
<br>If he understands why he's becoming unwelcome, perhaps that will help get through to him. I wonder if maybe someone could set a personal limit, approach him and attempt to get through to him, and once they have hit that personal limit, figure out the best way to send him somewhere else?<br>
