I believe the accolades in this thread are all in reference to the newer and far superior banner featuring Miloh, whom I believe to be both well-humored and a Noisebridge supporter and not particularly litigious afaik.<br>

in a banner purporting to support NB *is* illegal (as a tort) and<br>
makes NB at the mercy of Jimbo's sense of humor (and/or actual support<br>
of NB). I have no idea how litigious he is, but it is a liability.<br>
