The reason I was hoping for good clear video of books and bikes is because they are almost always still usable, and appear so when people look at them.<br>

If you find a pile of abandoned books and bikes, you find somebody who wants them, you don't destroy them. Anybody looking at that video would wonder why they'd be doing that.<br>
<br>
In LA, according to what I read, the police cut holes in tents, bent poles, etc. The resulting debris would of course look like junk even if it was brand new when the police got involved.<br>
