It was the first time in weeks I had come in to work.</div><div>The only comment I will make about Cynthia, is that her attitudes at that moment shouldn't be allowed in a work space. It isn't a general "public" space, it's a community space we fund for a specific purpose.</div><div>A bunch of people were united in asking her to leave. She escalated the problem and made a bad vibe for everyone, including me, even though I wasn't involved.</div><div>The right thing would have been to leave and defuse the issue, then bring it up later in front of the whole community, as she was asked. I find Cynthia annoying, but by itself that's not enough; Jesse and I were both there when she came in, and we'd both heard enough about stuff Cynthia had done that we felt comfortable making the call.
