If the person with the bikes is a late 30's/40's Caucasian his presence has been nothing, but obnoxious. A couple weeks ago he just continually buzzed the door until people responded, simply so they could yell at him. At that time he also picked up 2 or 3 bikes from the space.<div class="HOEnZb">
