</div></div>I called Henry, our contact point with the landlord, and relayed this<br>
information. �He responded a few minutes later that the landlords (his<br>
parents, the elderly Mr and Mrs Ho) will come by the building today to<br>
check out the situation and schedule an elevator repair visit.<br>
