<div dir="ltr">How do you select a core crew fairly without engendering jealousy and cliquishness? Right now there is a cliq that dominates the culture of the space to the detriment of dissenting opinions. I suspect that the core crew would consist mainly of them. Any crew that rebuilds the space will have an amount of power from being the go to person for questions about the space. Any reboot that ends up with more emphasis on some members or users over others is bad. </div>

weeks having a core crew come in and clean the space top to bottom,<br>
front to back. Neaten up the stuff.. bring things up from chaos to<br>
something more ordered. Change the locks and the key pattern. It's<br>
just a lock. They are just keys.<br>

Use the time to think about the way the social structure works. How<br>
the physical access works. What it means to be a member vs/ a<br>
visitor. Re-evaluate the way things work and how things Could Be<br>
Made Better(tm).<br>
