I'm for taking photos. It's a way to deal<br>
with non-excellence on the sleepers' (and<br>
thieves') parts. How to photo can be polite or<br>
invasive or .... A photo of a repeat sleeper<br>
can be posted to the NB web site as well as<br>
printed for a few copies in the space.<br>
