      outdated-- I wanted to do this too but never had the time before I
      left.  It appeared as if someone else installed a standard fixture
      so I put a tested bulb into it & nada.  That's what's in there
      now.  If you feel it's safe or even legal to go on top of that
      elevator, go ahead & see what's going on from there?<br>
