Al, Naomi,

We need to start working together. Both of you are being VERY adversarial towards each other. You are both on the board for now and you both have to work together for now, for the good of noisebridge. Lets start with what I suggested on slack. What is a list of things that can get noisebridge shut down? One thing I can immediately think of is creating a nuclear reactor. Another would be an illegal drug vending machine and a 3rd would be an illegal drug making machine. Oh, here is another. Herf guns or EMP generators. Another thing that would piss off our neighbors and get noisebridge shut down, would be turning noisebridge into a faraday cage. This would limit the cell phone services of the grocery store's customers. That would not be good. These are all things that fall under noisebridge's mission statement and could get it shut down.

Also we need to be more caring towards the board. They are on the line legally and financially(depending on the action and depending what type of insurance the board has). Let us think of being excellent to them too.
In my reply, I gave you a chance to see me as a reasonable person,
because I see you as a theoretically reasonable person. And I still
don't see how my reply leaves any "wiggle room" whatsoever.
But, you don't trust me. Fine. Nice board we got here.
My answer to your question is, "Yes, I agree that the NB bylaws can't
be ignored."
