A few ideas:<br>

Hours:<br>
Kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. At that time, anyone who'd been using the<br>
kitchen prior is responsible for cleaning the remaining mess.<br>
<br>
Check-in/check-out policy:<br>
Anyone using the kitchen requires a check out.<br>
<br>
Sign up/registration for use:<br>
Cooking is available for approved individuals, via wiki sponsorship or<br>
meeting approval.<br>

Those are a few ideas.<br>

NB could with a clean slate, and clean kitchen by hiring help or<br>
having a clean-a-thon.<br>
