[Sem] Retaining the SEM and building a sputter coater

Looked at the user manual in a little more detail.  These are the analog 
ones, we will have to come up with a separate display.  It might be a 
lot more convenient to spend a little more and get a gauge matched with 
a display. Multimeter, arduino + LCD, etc can work but we will have to 
do something to make it readable
