CF133 exhaust, ASA or something flange for inlet but I have a
(crude) adapter to CF275 you can see in that picture. Has a
little rust at the bottom and some minor scratches on the flange
surface but nothing major...I can lap them out if they become
problematic. I have a bottle of extra oil for it. NPT water
cooling ports.<br>

I've been warned against silver because it tarnishes easily. I
think trying a gold foil target would be pretty inexpensive and if
it works may give better results.<br>

converting my vacuum system from diffusion to turbo
pumped. Assuming it works (they are really
expensive working so I had to piece it together from
eBay after doing a bunch of research) I may have a
Varian diffusion pump to donate to NB for SEM /
sputter system use. I will try to play around with
coating on my setup in the near future.<br>

Let me know if there is interest for people to
discuss and plan things out. I can usually only
meet on weekends though.<br>

Probably <$100 in parts that we can't scrounge
or make for something quite nice.<br>

I'll be looking at commercial designs this week
and try to come up with some plans this week and
next.<br>
