Checkout out the event wiki and consider demonstrations of some sort to the public, or perhaps a prize in the raffle! All info is on the one page. I think it would be awesome to spend a couple hours teaching short, small group demonstrations of sewing that you think would interest people. Perhaps a 10 or 15 minute hands-on walkthrough of basic stitching once a few people gather around you. What do you think?<div>

<div dir="ltr">I've never used the sewing machines, but I've been in for some ironing. I like to hand-stitch things onto T-shirts. I've got a shirt with the python logo, a shirt with the vim logo and a few others to show. I can bring them in and show people how to make their own.
