I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am currently in Davis, which is in the Central Valley (about 100 miles north of the proposed launch site) and the weather is <i>super</i> overcast here. According to the weatherunderground it is overcast in Los Banos as well. <a href="http://www.wunderground.com/US/CA/Los_Banos.html">http://www.wunderground.com/US/CA/Los_Banos.html</a> I searched for Los Banos, because that is the town that the San Luis Reservoir is closest to.<br>
