He's still thinking in terms of wind.<br>I'm becoming more and more convinced that wind _can't_ be a issue. A multi-meter diameter object that weighs naff all much be moving at nearly exactly the wind speed, so any wind buffets must come from the wind 3 meters higher being a very different speed. Which seems likely given the absence of objects that will induce that.<br>
