I've already told Chez Miloh (aka froggytoad) that I'm his assistant and backup chef, but it's his call as to what nights and meals are on the menu.  I have a feeling you can expect some pretty terrific food from Chez Miloh (hopefully he will make that awesome curry again!)<br>
