[Noisebridge-board] 2 new members & some dues

I accepted $80 each in cash from Al Sweigart and Josh Myer tonight. 
This should go towards their January 2009 dues, the first set for each 
of them.  Unless requested to do differently, I will keep the cash and 
deposit the $160 plus my & Matt's dues on Jan 1, via bank transfer.
