[Noisebridge-board] re-signing the lease

On the sign: I took a look at the zoning map and
codes<http://library2.municode.com/4201/DocView/14139/1/459/492#0-0-0-1269>,
looks like we're in an RC zone, which current
interpretation<http://www.sfgov.org/site/planning_index.asp?id=24910>by
the planning department indicates will be treated the same as RED
zones
regarding sign placement. The upshot is that our appears to be allowed as
far as the city is concerned.
