[Noisebridge-board] re-signing the lease

Andy, did you want to make any changes to the doc?  I'd expect that to 
be problematic.  It's the same exact lease, here it is again.  I don't 
know who all will be signing it so I wasn't going to remove any of the 
signatures, but only cross them out.

However since you brought it up, I realize that others on the board 
might prefer a less hand-marked-up system.  Here is the lease doc again, 
why don't you adjust the signature area as you want and then either call 
Ahuva or send it back to me and I will call her.

I'm also including the addendum, on which I have changed the last 
sentence, to match the handwritten text on my copy.
