[Noisebridge-board] lease to Noisebridge?

I thought I'd sent this around a while back?  Maybe we just looked at my 
computer about it ;)  Here's the lease text we signed.  Also the 
amendment, but we marked it up on the paper so htis version is no longer 
accurate.
