I spoke with Ahuva.  She's fine with us putting up a sign using tape.
The powerwasher is apparently "missing" due to a move, so we should find
some other method of cleaining the sidewalk.

She requested that we email the modified lease and she'll print out a
copy and return it to us.  (Color me skeptical.)  We should keep a
signed copy with us.
