I've drawn two cashiers checks recently, for which WF charges us an $8
fee.

$10,800 check to our landlords, first/last/deposit on 2169.

$2,450 check to Scott as partial payment for the bathroom work he's
doing.

We owe Scott another $3,000 after he finishes the bathroom project.
