[Noisebridge-board] member list + process - David M todos

hi all,

here's what I am going to do as we discussed:

1) Make a list of initial members. Mitch, please send me your most
recent spreadsheet when you have a moment, I'll go over that and my
notes to get a list of our current members.

2) Write resolutions for board members to sign adopting members and
membership process by unanimous consent.
