David, have you had a chance to submit the board resolutions yet?  Will
we get any kind of notification that the ... whoever gets them ... got
them?  I am in no way trying to bug you on this as I don't see it as a
terrible rush.  I don't want to start with the board member replacement
election process until I'm confident that the current work is done, Just
In Case.
