I feel there are Things ... loose ends, as David put it, that we should 
tie off.  Official membership list, 501-c-3 next steps, possibly other 
things.  When are people available?  Jake when are you back in town?

My availability is mostly weekends; weekday evenings I'm at NB Tuesdays 
and mostly Mondays but never Wednesdays; Thurs & Fri are sometimes OK.
