[Noisebridge-board] new WFB savings account

I opened up a new savings account at WFB.  It gets 3% interest.  At the moment me or David can access it.  Actually, only me till David signs this form I have and we get it to Chris (our banker at WFB).  David, I'll give you the form on Tuesday.
