Hi Rachel,
Hope things are going well!
The most recent renovations to the buildings plumbing and electrical
work were done in 1985 by the previous owner. The roof was most
recently renovated in 1995, and you are correct about the absense of
heating.
My folks also wanted to inform you about the replacement of 1st floor
fire exit door. In case of a fire, because electricity will probably
be out of service, the new door needs to be manually opened. Please
feel free to inspect it, coordinating with the 1st floor tenants if
necessary. If you have any concerns, please let us know :)
