[Noisebridge-board] PG&E Deposit

Yes, I paid it.

If it's in error, great.  But my attitude is to always pay bills, even
ones in error, and then seek refunds.  This keeps you on good terms
with the companies and reduces drama in the end.

Let me know how it turns out, and if you need info/help from me.
