Okay, I got the info needed and have sent the agent the email below.
I will proceed to call her in the early afternoon tomorrow if I've not
heard anything.

If I've made any mistakes, please advise.

Jeffrey

Hello,

So we now should have the required info to proceed with setting up
insurance for Noisebridge's new location.

the construction is concrete and it has been earthquake reinforced.

There are sprinklers.  There are no networked fire alarms (standard
off the shelf consumer smoke detectors are present).

There is no activated burglar system at this time.

Additionally, our lease has the following clause:
"12. LESSEE'S INSURANCE. Lessee, at his or her expense, will maintain
plate glass, public liability, and property damage insurance insuring
Lessee and Lessor with minimum coverage as follows: $1,000,000.00 (one
million dollars) liability  . Lessee will provide Lessor with a
Certificate of Insurance showing Lessor as additional insured. The
policy will require ten (10) day's written notice to Lessor prior to
cancellation or material change of coverage."

We will as such need to modify any details of the insurance policy to
comply with these requirements.

You can reach me by replying to this email, or by calling me at 408 455 8023.

Thanks,
Jeffrey Malone
