Yesterday I visited our mailbox at 2115-R Market #235.

We had:

WF envelope with 3 photocopy checks that we requested
WF November checking statement
WF November savings statement
WF credit card offer
a postcard from Japan
a bill from Mail Access (the provider of our postal box) for $240 for
    the next 12 months.

I'll destroy the CC offer, deliver the WF statements and photocopies to
Kelly, and leave the postcard at 2169.  Notably, there weren't any
checks to deposit.

There are three options regarding the bill --

1. if anyone is willing to step up and pay the bill out of their pocket,
   that would be awesome.
2. we could find somewhere cheaper to move to.
3. we decide to pay the bill out of our funds.

Unfortunately I can't recommend using the mail delivery at 2169.  The
mailbox gets garbage shoved in it, rain gets in, it's insecure and
frequently emptied by anyone who happens to come through the gate.
