Hey, So a request has been given to me to refund a Paypal payment from a person. I won't name the person, and would prefer to keep the details of it all quiet so as to respect their privacy. But I don't know what policy, if any, we have on refunds? Is there something defined, is it up to my discretion, or what? Jeffrey
