[Noisebridge-board] Jof as Noisebridge president

Hi everybody,

A consensus at tonights meeting approved the choice of Jof as the new
president of Noisebridge.  According to the bylaws, the president is
appointed by the board.  Can the board have a meeting to designate Jof
as president?
