[Noisebridge-board] Noisebridge insurance renewal

The insurance agency responded to me by e-mail -- here are the new
payment amounts and expiration date.

> To proceed with the renewals I will need:  directors
> and officers payment  of $795. (same as expiring policy) and business
> package $1,187.38 (expiring policy $1,393.54) and 2 signed forms.
> Both quotations will expire November 19, 2010.

We should act on this soon so our insurance doesn't lapse.  Any
objections or alternative instructions?
