[Noisebridge-board] Nonprofit donation receipt.

What is standard for many non-profits is this:
     - we receive the items
     - the donor emails us a list of items donated (with a short description, with make and model numbers if available)
     - the treasurer writes a letter in PDF form (sample attached) to the donor with our tax id, and a the list of donated items, with the donor's physical address, and emails it to the donor (sometime shortly after the donation, but before the end of the tax year).
