[Noisebridge-board] Noisebridge annual board meeting

I'll be available for a board meeting any time, with reasonable notice.
 Tuesday after the general meeting would be great (I can't make it
Before due to previous commitment).  Other times fine too, I'll
rearrange if needed.

Regarding a director election, I don't think we really CAN have one
until Kelly is done sorting out who's a member and who isn't.  Kelly
would it be reasonable to plan for an election in January or do you need
more time?
